What it is

CTR Native is a native PC port of Crash Team Racing (PS1, 1999) built on top of the CTR-ModSDK decompilation project. Its philosophy: no byte budget (the game source lives in the repository as its own copies, free to edit), no PSX toolchain (it targets Windows and Linux with SDL3, no MIPS compiler needed), a clean platform layer and a simple build with build.bat or build.sh. The build is fully static: a single executable with zero dependencies, with SDL3 compiled from vendored source.

The latest published release is Beta 7.1 (hotfix). To play you need a copy of the original game. GigaROM hosts neither the port nor the game; the download comes from the official page.
