We do not host files. The download buttons on our pages lead to third-party services that are not ours and that we do not control. We publish information and links; the file, if it exists, lives somewhere else.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of linked sites. When you click an external link you leave GigaROM and become subject to that other service's terms.
We do not and cannot verify what each third-party file contains. Download at your own judgement and risk.
Emulators are legal software. What may not be legal is obtaining or using copies of games you hold no rights to, and that depends on the law where you live. Inform yourself before downloading: what you do is your responsibility.
The texts, descriptions, guides and design of GigaROM are our own work and are protected. You may quote them with a link to the source; you may not copy them in bulk or republish them as your own.
Trademarks, logos, console names and game titles belong to their respective owners. GigaROM has no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, SEGA or any other company mentioned. We use them only to identify what we are talking about.
