Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (Xbox 360) rebuilt to run natively on Windows, with 59 fighters, rollback netcode and up to 4K at 60 fps. You need your own disc and Title Update 3.
This project translates the Xbox 360 Tekken Tag Tournament 2 to run directly on PC, with no emulator. Its README mentions 59 fighters, tag battles, up to 4K at 60 fps, rollback netcode and ranked matches on community servers, plus rooms over Steam with no port forwarding or Xbox LIVE.
It is not an emulator and it does not include any game assets: you must provide the data from your own copy. The installer prepares the game's shaders up front to avoid stutter. It supports Xbox-compatible controllers and keyboard, and resolutions from 360p up to 4K with optional sharpening, anti-aliasing and texture filtering.
