A native Super Mario Galaxy (Wii) port for Windows with a Direct3D 12 or Vulkan renderer, built from the Petari decompilation. You need your own disc.
Nebula runs Super Mario Galaxy natively on Windows. The game is built as native code from the Petari decompilation; Nebula supplies what the Wii supplied: a Direct3D 12 (or Vulkan) renderer for the GX graphics commands, audio, Wii Remote input from keyboard, mouse and controllers, disc and save storage, and video timing. According to the project, the game is playable from start to finish, although bugs remain.
It contains no Nintendo code or assets: you need your own copy. The author states the host, renderer, installer and documentation were written with AI agents (Claude) directed and tested by one person. GigaROM hosts neither the port nor the game; the download comes from the official page.
Nebula-Setup.exe from the releases page (“Go to official project” button); it is not signed and SmartScreen will warn: choose “More info” then “Run anyway”.If your computer does not meet the requirements, you do not have the exact version the port asks for, or you prefer the classic route, you can play the original with a Nintendo Wii emulator: Dolphin and its install and setup guide.
