An open-source project that preserves and improves Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (with Spearhead and Breakthrough) on modern platforms, with single-player, multiplayer and bots.
OpenMoHAA is an open-source project aimed at preserving and enhancing Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (including the Spearhead and Breakthrough expansions) by providing more features and bugfixes across modern platforms and architectures. Powered by ioquake3 and the F.A.K.K SDK, it offers full compatibility with the original game (assets, scripts and multiplayer), better support for modern systems, Linux, Windows and macOS, single-player and multiplayer, all fixes from Spearhead 2.15 and Breakthrough 2.40b, and extras such as bots and a ban system.
The project itself says it has not reached version 1.0.0 yet and is like a beta build from the golden age of LAN parties. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts. You need the files from your copy of the game. GigaROM does not host the game; the download comes from the official page.
If your computer does not meet the requirements, you do not have the exact version the port asks for, or you prefer the classic route, you can play the original with a console emulator: see emulators and its install and setup guide.
