Beetle Adventure Racing! (N64, USA) statically recompiled for Windows, with 60 fps, widescreen and multiplayer. Alpha version; you need your own US ROM.
This is a work-in-progress native port of Beetle Adventure Racing! (N64, USA) made by static recompilation with N64Recomp, the same method behind Zelda 64: Recompiled. According to the README, the game is playable: it boots through the intros and menus into races, at 60 fps, with keyboard and gamepad input and audio, and ships the RecompFrontend launcher, widescreen with an adapted HUD, a 1x, 2x or 4x draw distance, internal-resolution scaling, MSAA and frame interpolation.
It is not an emulator and it does not include any game assets: you must provide the data from your own copy. Version 0.4.0-alpha added multiplayer.
If your computer does not meet the requirements, you do not have the exact version the port asks for, or you prefer the classic route, you can play the original with a console emulator: see emulators and its install and setup guide.
